Registration Notes

  • Deposit of $100.00 (per session) is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • Balance must be paid by July 1st.  Deadline to withdraw from camp is July 1st. After July 1st, the entire camp fee will be due and no camp fees will be refunded after July 1st..
  • Campers who want to arrive early (Saturday night of camp) may do so for an extra $18.00 a night.  Please contact us for details.
  • When registering, please list your roommate at the time of registration.  We will make rooming assignments based on: 1.  Roommate preferences, 2. Campers from the same school, and 3. Campers in the same division/age bracket.  (No roommate changes can be made after July 1st). All rooms are double rooms: two to a room.  
  • When registering, please list an email address (both student and parent/guardian) that will be checked frequently throughout the summer.  This will be our primary way of communicating camp news and information to you.
  • After registering, please check the website on a semi-regular basis for updates and information specific to your division.
